 This country cottage made in Romania in 2005 and was rebuilt in France by Stefan and its team in 2008. we have  install it at St Pierre del forcats in a residential erea of country cottages of " standing" , located at 800 meters of the ski slopes of St Pierre dels forcats and Eyne ( Very sunny area and superb sights on the mountains).  

 very nice and comfortable country cottage (240m ²) accessible for an handicaped people

The garden will be grassed and the terrace tiled in the spring because the current conditions (freezing at night) do not allow us to make this work

Dining room and Very large living room : pieces of furniture in pine, 3 settees, armchairs, coffee table, television 70cm, dressers, 2 large tables, bench and chairs for 15 people.

kitchen adapted for handicaped people with cooker gas and electric furnace, refrigerating with compartment freezer, lava crockery, microwaves, electric coffeemaker, pressure-cooker, grid bread, Marie robot, scraper apparatus, fondue set, complete crockery for 20 people

  A room with matrimonial bed  adapted for handicapped people , with tables of beds, armchair and cupboard,

Toilets  adapted for handicapped people, shower-room  adapted for handicapped people with washing machine 

 2nd Toilets  and second  shower-room  

1 Sauna adapted for handicaped people

A small garage, room for bicycles or ski with linen washing machine 

a 35 m² terrace covered in front of the garden with bench (vis-a-vis the south and the Cambre d'Aze)

A large garden table in massive pine with two large benches

A Large room for 5 people with 2 single beds in 90cm separate or side by side the couples can keep a light intimacy, behind a partition 3 singlebeds in 90 cm,

A Large bedroom for 4 people with 4 single beds in 90cm ,2 by 2 behind a partition ,the couples can keep a light intimacy
